We accept most major private dental insurance. Our goal is to ensure you receive the maximum allowable benefits given by your insurance plan. Please being your insurance card or papers on the first visit and we will file your insurance for you.
Please understand, however, that your are ultimately responsible for payment of all services. Should your insurance not cover what is predicted you will be responsible to pay any uncovered portion.
Payment Options:
Our knowledgeable staff will work with you to ensure any portion of treatment not covered by insurance is affordable. We accept cash, check major credit cards as well as outside financing through Care Credit. (link to care credit to be added here). The guidelines for acceptance by Care Credit are strictly followed.
